JEWELLERY SERVICES' RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products in that each product is created to order, we are unable to accept any returns.

Please choose carefully as once your order is made, we are unable to accept any returns other than those that meet the below manufactures warranty conditions.

JEWELLERY SERVICES' LIFETIME MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

If your item is deemed to have a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item accordingly.

Diamonds or precious stones can contain inclusions, blemishes, clouds, irregularities in colour, size and shape and, or have other individual characteristics. Such characteristics are not deemed to be defects, and we will make all endeavours to inform you of the exact characteristics and quality of the diamond or precious stone you are purchasing in accordance with its certification.

Your item will not be covered for normal wear from day-to-day activities, accident and trauma, loss of diamonds or precious stones, loss or theft.

Some examples of common jewellery issues that would not be considered a manufacturing defect includes:

  • The discolouration of precious metals due to exposure to chemicals, cleaning products, make-up, perfumes, immersion in pools, spas, hot tubs, or baths.
  • Claws catching, wearing out or bending over time due to everyday wear.
  • The loss of precious stones caused by damage from everyday wear, accident or trauma.

If you have a stone that appears to be loose, please bring in your item for inspection.

It is important to have your item serviced including inspection to identify any restoration work that may be required due to normal wear.

Conditions of the Manufacturer’s Warranty

  • Jewellery Services’ Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty applies only items made by Jewellery Services.
  • Jewellery Services’ Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser or intended recipient. If there is an intended recipient, the intended recipient’s name must be disclosed at time of purchase.
  • Any alterations made by jewellers other than Jewellery Services voids the warranty.
  • You must have your jewellery serviced by Jewellery Services no less than once every year, noting that all rings made by Jewellery Services are entitled to a free annual clean and polish.
  • Defects that occur while the item is in your care are not covered.
